  1. Drink a cup of your favorite tea or coffee.
  2. Take a hot bath.
  3. Choose to stay in and read a favorite book.
  4. Meditate.
  5. Exercise.
  6. Get a good amount of sleep.
  7. Make time to slow down.
  8. Remember to breathe.
  9. Remind yourself to be present.
  10. Do the thing that is self-nurturing. (Write, read, sit, etc.)
  11. A quiet evening with a bottle of wine.
  12. Tub time with scented bath salts.
  13. Sit on the couch/bed with music and a good book—No TV.
  14. A quiet, relaxing time with just your own thoughts.
  15. Go for a hike, stop, close your eyes and listen.
